Christopher Carbonara
Certified Hypnotherapist
Chris Carbonara hypnotized his first person in 1988. "Back then I didn't
even think of it as hypnosis," says Chris. "I just thought I was
doing a great job talking down my overstressed college buddies. I just
naturally used, what I found out many years later to be, a progressive relaxation
technique with vivid guided imagery."
As a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, Chris
became a certified hypnotherapist in 1998 and has been in practice ever since.
Although he mostly conducts sessions for smoking cessation and weight control,
Chris consults with clients for a variety of issues including, but not limited
to, stress management, memory improvement, past life and age regressions,
bad habits, phobias and even sports/creative performance enhancement.
Chris graduated from Penn State University in 1989 with a degree in Broadcast
Journalism. However, it wasn't until he became interested in hypnosis
that Chris realized how well his vocal and writing skills translated to the
field of hypnotherapy.
Chris also composes meditative music and is currently working on a line of CD's
and Tapes using sounds of nature with low frequency music. |
