Bethleigh Flanagan

Bethleigh Flanaga has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in the U.S. and abroad for over 25 years. Her interest in healing began in her teens, when she took an apprenticeship with a third generation Acupuncturist and Naturopath in Albany, New York in 1978.

Bethleigh Flanagan graduated from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences in Oakland, California in 1987. After graduating, Bethleigh joined a team of Medical experts working in a clinic in India for a year. She also worked with a team of doctors aboard a Mobile Hospital Bus, and as an Acupuncturist at Girard Medical Center for 3 years integrating acupuncture treatments with medical protocols.

Bethleigh uses the wisdom of both ancient principles and modern research to develop your customized treatment plan. Modalities used include Japanese and Traditional Chinese Acupuncture as well as non needle methods including massage, electro stimulation, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herbal therapy, cupping (a gentle suction technique) and Moxabustion (a warming therapy).
