Shiatsu
Shiatsu is based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is effective
in establishing wellness and preventing imbalances that lead to disease. It
ranges from gentle to deep finger-pressure along the energy pathways (meridians)
of the whole body in order to balance and help restore one's natural well-being. Massaging
techniques are also used to enhance the flow of energy. Shiatsu deeply
invigorates, balances, and relaxes the client in body, mind, and spirit.
